What is the QuickBooks Affiliate Programme?
The QuickBooks Affiliate Programme allows you to make money by referring customers to our Web site. You do this by placing links on your site. Every time you refer a customer to us through your site and that customer makes a purchase, you earn a commission.

How do I sign up?
First, you must read our QuickBooks Affiliate Terms and Conditions. Then, you complete our online application form. After you submit your application, we will contact you to let you know if you've been accepted as a QuickBooks Affiliate, and we will provide you with information on how to get started.

Is my Web site eligible to become a QuickBooks Affiliate?
Anyone can apply to join the programme, as long as you have a Web site and an interest in assisting small businesses. We especially encourage individuals and organisations such as small business associations, accountants, and small business services providers to apply to become QuickBooks Affiliates. While we are accepting applications from all interested parties, please note that at this time we are not able to accept all applicants. If you are not initially selected as a QuickBooks Affiliate, we encourage you to apply again at a later date.

Does it cost me anything to become a QuickBooks Affiliate?
No! It's absolutely free to join our QuickBooks Affiliate Programme. There is no charge to apply and there is no minimum sales requirement.

Can a Web site outside the UK be a QuickBooks Affiliate?
Yes, we do accept international applicants. However, there are some countries we cannot ship to, so we'll assess applications case by case.

I operate more than one Web site. Can I still be a QuickBooks Affiliate?
Yes. You can have multiple sites as a QuickBooks Affiliate. You can have one Affiliate account with us that will include all of your sites. You can track the progress of each of your sites separately and be paid with a single commission cheque.

What are my responsibilities as a QuickBooks Affiliate?
The only thing you are responsible for is using the authorised marketing materials we provide you and placing a link on your site. We handle everything else.

I don't have a Web site. Can I still apply?
Unfortunately, no. In order for us to accept you as a QuickBooks Affiliate, we must be able to view your Web site.

How do I create links?
Creating links is easy. All you have to do is log in to your Commission Junction (CJ) Account Manager, go to the 'Get Links' section for the QuickBooks Affiliate Programme. You will then need to copy and paste the links onto your Web site.

Where should I place the links on my site?
You should place links where your site visitors will find them easily, such as your home page. Other areas you may want to place your links include your navigation bar and any other traffic areas. If you place the links in an easily accessible location on your site, your visitors will be more likely to make a purchase.

How often should I update my links?
You should update links to our products frequently. We are constantly adding new products and materials, so you should create new links that fit the interests of your visitors.

Can I use your content on my site?
You may use the logos and content we licence to you. However, you may not use logos that have not been specifically licenced to you. We will not be able to track your earnings and pay your commission if you use a non-authorized logo or content.

How do I know how much commission I've earned?
When you are accepted as a QuickBooks Affiliate, you will be able to earn a commission of up to 10% of sales. Through the CJ Account Manager interface, you can access reports that provide information on impressions, click-throughs, orders, shipments, and commissions earned.

How often do I get paid?
Commission Junction facilitates payment for affiliates/publishers based on the commissions earned for the QuickBooks programme. Commissions are paid once a month. For more details, please visit the FAQ section on the CJ Account Manager interface.

How can I monitor my sales?
You can monitor your sales by accessing reports as often as you like through the CJ Account Manager interface QuickBooks Affiliate site.

Who processes orders and handles customer service?
We do all of that for the customers that you refer to our site. All you have to do is place links on your site. We do the rest!

How will you know that the orders came from my site?
All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier so that every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit you when a purchase is made. This is only possible, however, when you create all of your links with the approved materials on the QuickBooks Affiliate site.

How often can I run reports?
You can run reports as often as you wish. The report is in real time, with two hours' delay.

I operate more than one Web site. Can you track them separately but pay me with one commission cheque?
Yes. You can have multiple sites under one QuickBooks Affiliate account. Via CJ Account Manager, each of your Web sites should be allocated a unique Web site ID. You can create links and generate reports for each site specifically, but you will receive a single commission cheque for all of your sites. To set up an account with multiple sites, please contact us at affiliateteam@quickbooks.com with the names and URLs of the additional sites.
