• Returns and Guarantees - All Intuit products come with a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you aren't satisfied with your Intuit products, simply return the product, with your dated receipt to the Intuit Service Centre for a full refund. Include a proof of purchase (original or clear copy) and provide your name, address, telephone number, reason for returning and desired replacement product (if you want an exchange).

  Unwanted goods must be cancelled within 7 working days. The cancellation period starts the day after the day that the goods are received. Unwanted or cancelled goods will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation & should be returned to the above address in saleable condition. If goods are not returned a deduction will be made from the refund for collection. Downloaded software is exempt from the above cancellation provisions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer Complaints Procedure. We endeavour to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days.
